The 10 week programme of Compassionate Integrity Training

Mahia te Aroha is proud to partner with the Charter of Compassion to deliver an Aotearoa-based Compassionate Integrity Training (CIT).

CIT is a resilency-based programme that helps cultivate skills, so we can thrive as individuals and a society, within a healthy environment. By learning to calm our body and mind, become more emotionally aware and practice compassion for ourselves and others, we learn compassionate integrity: the ability to live one’s life in accordance with one’s values with a recognition of common humanity, our basic orientation to kindness and reciprocity.

People from over 30 countries have also participated in CIT, and it is recognised by UNESCO Mahatma Ghandi Institute for Education and Peace.

" I'm putting into practice so many of the learnings already. Perhaps the biggest shift for me has been an understanding of our similarities as humanity, rather than our differences. I've got some great tools now to use everyday to challenge (in a good way) and deepen my relationships on so many levels."
